As its the last Saturday in the month coming up , we invite all the COCA members to come along to the field to help with tasks better done en masse than alone. Bring the kids, bring food to share if you can stay through lunch. The weather looks to be fine ……..
Tasks likely to be weeding leeks (no skill .. all you need to do is recognize what is not a Leek, pull it out) or planting baby Kale plants, or weeding through the Cabbages. All these need doing because we have NO VOLUNTEERS to work on the farm for another month. That means that if you want to get your veg, you need to come along and help in some way!
Start at 10am in the Share Shed…. if you arrive later, look for us out in the field (across the road) at the far end. Thanks!
