Please help us make this party great by inviting your friends and family.
Help us out!!!
Organising the Harvest Party is a lot of work for the members and volunteers of Caerhys. So we can really use all the help we can get! If every member (there are almost 65 of us!) volunteers for 2 hours, running the Harvest Party will be a piece of cake!
You can sign up to volunteer a couple of hours during the Harvest Party via this link: www.signupgenius.com/go/
Anybody (including non-COCA-members!) who volunteers for at least 2 hours will receive free entrance on that day.
If you would rather help us out in any other way in the week leading up to the Harvest Party (decorating the yard, hanging posters, putting up signs, preparing food, …), please tell our Friends of the Earth intern Janny Ramakers ([email protected] or 01348 831244).
Looking forward to seeing you at the Harvest Party!

ps – programme
Here is the current line-up of bands and events – though please note not yet finalised, so may change! (updated on Wednesday 17 August)
What talks are being given and at what time? Is there a program I can look at please so I can decide when and what time slot to offer my help? Thanks. Philipa
Hi Philipa – good question. I’ve got the events group to share their draft program (added into the content of this post), but they did want to emphasise that some things haven’t been finalised, so there still may be changes! Hope this helps – Stuart
