How does COCA work?

the fruits of our labour

Regular farm open days and social events encourage a sense of community and connection with the land. We like to involve members in the life of the farm, whether it is planting onions, picking carrots or just popping down for a cup of tea and a chat.

delicious!

Volunteering is not essential to membership, however many members find that visits to Caerhys Farm, perched on the edge of the stunning Pembrokeshire coastline, to be a thoroughly rewarding part of their week.

The organisation is run day-to-day by a core group of volunteers elected by the members. There are monthly meetings when all members/sharers can contribute to how COCA functions.

You can easily become a member by paying a small annual fee (see membership information). Additionally, you can enjoy a share of the vegetables. Simply choose from a standard or large share and set up the appropriate monthly standing order! You don’t even need to live close enough to the farm to join in. We have remote pick-up points where you can collect your vegetables in St. Davids, Trefin, Fishguard and Haverfordwest. Contact [email protected] for more details.

*Please note that the video above was made in 2014 and the prices mentioned are out of date. The current price is £47 a month for a large share, and £25 a month for a small share.
